  • 12 lime, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons sugar (or to taste)
  • 40 ml vodka
  • crushed ice

directions

  • Place the lime wedges on the bottom of an old fashioned glass and add sugar.
  • Crush sugar into the lime pulp with the end of a wooden spoon.
  • Fill glass with crushed ice.
  • Pour in vodka, stir.
  • Serve with a straw: easier to drink& you can keep stirring and mushing the limes!

  3. I didn't have cachaca, so I decided to try a caipiroska. I'm glad I did! I used 50 mL of citrus vodka, the juice of one lime, and a tablespoon of brown sugar. Fantastic!
