Cafe Au Creme

ingredients
- 24 marshmallows, quartered
- 1 cup strong coffee (hot)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons crushed pecans
- 2 tablespoons chocolate shavings
directions
- Melt the marshmallows in the hot coffee and cool.
- Whip the cream and fold into the coffee mixture.
- Pour into sherbet or parfait glasses. Top with pecans and chocolate.
- Chill and serve.
