  • In a bowl, mix the cabbage, tuna (with the oil!) and crumble the cheese in your hands into the bowl -- heat the rice (or take directly form the pot, while still hot) and pour into the bowl. Mix nicely, season with salt, pepper and a bit of lemon juice (not a must) and serve while rice is still warm -- .
