ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1⁄2 cup white flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons honey powder (optional)
- 3⁄4 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 1⁄4 cup light vanilla soymilk
- 2 egg whites
directions
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Beat egg whites lightly, then combine with the milk.
- Slowly stir together with dry ingredients.
- Let set 10 minutes.
