Very good snack. Simple and easy. Used some leftover pierogies I had cooked, and had in the fridge, and they got nice and dry/crispy. Will try from frozen another day. Used Daves Hurtin' Habenero Hot Sauce. Baked in a toaster oven at 400 for 10 minutes, flipped and baked another 10 minutes. Served with sour cream for a nice tangy cooling effect.

I think this is really good as written, but next time we will make a few changes. Sautee the pierogis in some butter or oil until they get crispy and just toss with the sauce. They may be messier to eat this way, but as written, they get only semi-crispy in the oven and the sauce really dries up on them, creating a more of a dry coating. They are quite spicy, so if you want to tone it down, leave out the cayenne. We like the heat, so it was fine for our tastes. Served with ranch dressing. Thanks for posting this! This is really fun snack food and a different way to get pierogis!
