  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine the margarine, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Stir in the flour baking soda, baking powder, raisin bran, oats, raisins, coconut, chopped nuts and chocolate chips. Mix until well combined.
  • Drop large tablespoon sized scoops onto a baking sheet. Bake until golden approximately 10 minutes.

  1. Loved these! I made this this year for our annual BBQ. They went fast. The plumber also loved them (my sink backed up the day before the BBQ). I only added on cup of raisins because I just thought 2 cups were too much.
     
  2. I made these and took them in to work, not one left at the end of the day ( I only work with 10 people) These are fantastic!! I did double the amount of chocolate chips and I used the Special Dark chips. I loved the texture of these, thank you so much for sharing.
