Very easy and results in an excellent chocolate ice cream! Used skim milk instead of the whole milk and heavy cream... and it was just delicious. My sister Carol, who was visiting, requested the recipe... and my granddaughters were scraping every last drop of ice cream from their bowls. Will definitely make this recipe again! Thanks for sharing...

really excellent & easy to make -- i used half & half in place of the whole milk, other than that, followed as is. yum! (oh, also added mini-marshmallows the second time i made it)

We substituted Evaporated Milk for the Whole Milk. It turned out great! We will definately make this again soon!
