Broiled Basil Swordfish

- 8 swordfish steaks
- 1⁄4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1⁄8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Combine butter, basil, pepper sauce and lemon juice in a small bowl. Chill in refrigerator one hour or longer. Turn on broiler. Season fish with salt and pepper to taste. Broil about 5 minutes per side or until fish is opaque throughout. Top with a spoonful of basil butter mixture from fridge.
