- 1 cup raisins
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup red onion, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 3⁄4 cup sunflower seeds
directions
- Mix broccoli, raisins and pepper.
- Add onions, walnuts, and seeds.
- Add dressing, if desired, just before serving.
