Broccoli Astroturf Salad

ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets, chopped bite-size
- 1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
- 1 cup raisins or 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1⁄2 red onion, sliced thinly (about 1 cup)
- 10 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1 cup sunflower seeds, toasted
directions
- Combine mayo/yogurt, sugar, & vinegar in a large bowl, and stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or up to overnight before serving.
- Taste before serving. Depending on the saltiness of the bacon, it may need a bit of salt.
