  1. Hi Inez! Please don't be mad at me. Something went wrong while making this. I followed the directions exactly, but, the breading came out very soggy and separated from the pork chops. When I took the lid off, the breading had ballooned up over the meat, like a tent about a 1/2 inch. I'm thinking it was from the steam. Everything was very wet. I'm sure covering it caused this. What could I have done wrong? I'd like to try again if I did do something wrong. I'm sorry!

  2. OMG! These rocked! I normally avoid breaded pork chops because they are dry but these were wonderfully tender and juicy and super easy to make! Thanks for the great recipe MizzNezz...it's a keeper!

  3. Excellent recipe, Inez! The chops were moist and flavorful. I did add a little Bell's poultry seasoning to the bread crumbs, because I like poultry seasoning with pork. My husband rated the breading "superb" and wants me to make these again very soon.

  5. We added garlic salt to the flour and onion powder to the bread crumbs. We used GF breadcrumbs & flour to make this gluten free.

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
