Oh my. I took some liberty with this recipe using 1/2 quinoa flour 1/2 all purpose, 2 Tbs of butter and 1 TBs hemp oil and then 2 Tbs honey instead of sugar. Yummy. I put in all in the bread machine and baked them in cast iron skillets in the oven at 350 7 minutes on each side. I'm somewhat new to baking and have been dinking around trying to make my own english muffins over the last couple of years with often discouraging results. These are by far the best, biggest, most flavorful and easiest. My new go-to recipe.

I'm a farm girl from Ontario, now living in Newfoundland for 27 years and love
it. Lots of fresh air and a beautiful view of the water. Space to enjoy all my
flower beds, and friendly people. I love to cook and feed people well, with all my
added Newfoundland recipies its no problem. My favorite cook books are a set
of Betty Crocker books, 20 in all, which I have had for at least 35 years.
