- 4 cups heavy cream
- 4 ounces blue cheese, crumbles
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
directions
- Bring heavy cream to a boil and simmer for 45 minutes.
- Stir-in remaining ingredients till cheese is melted.
