"I found a book at a book store that had some recipes in it that I would like to keep for safety sake and also would like to know the nutritional value of. I am a diabetic and to watch what I eat closely."

  • Preheat oven to 350*.
  • Drain peas and discard juice.
  • Mash peas with fork, but leave some chunks.
  • Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Spread in a baking dish and bake at 350* for 20-30 min or until the dip bubbles.
