• Yields: 2 1/2 cups

ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup ground red chili powder
• 1⁄4 cup ground paprika
• 1 tablespoon turmeric
• 1⁄4 cup salt
• 1 tablespoon garlic powder
• 1 tablespoon ginger powder
• 2 tablespoons roasted ground cumin
• 1 tablespoon ground aniseed
• 1 tablespoon pepper
• 1 tablespoon star ground aniseed
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon ground black cardamom pod
• 1 teaspoon ground black cumin seeds
• 1 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1 tablespoon ground green cardamoms
• 1⁄2 tablespoon ground mace
• 1⁄2 tablespoon ground nutmeg
• 3 bay leaves, torn
• 1 cup dried apricot
• 1⁄2 cup ground roasted coriander seed

directions

1. for 1 kilo meat, use 4tblsp of the spice mix.
2. mix all together and store in air tight jars.
