ingredients

• 1 cup cumin seed
• 1 cup fennel seed
• 1 cup cinnamon stick
• 1 cup coriander seed
• 1⁄2 cup peppercorn
• 1⁄4 cup red chili pepper flakes
• 1⁄2 cup turmeric

directions

1. brown in a dry skillet until golden.
2. on very low heat.
3. grind.
4. store.
