Reviews

  1. This is very yummy but not as a side dish!

  2. My boyfriend enjoyed these sweet potatoes, but I did not. I did not find them sweet and I thought the spices over powered the sweet potatoes.

Tweaks

  1. An excellent side dish for grilled salmon and salad! I used 3lbs of garnet sweet potatoes instead of 2. I sliced ~1/4" thick across the fibers, which run lengthwise along the tuber. I boiled 20 minutes then into colander then thru a ricer. This "slice thinner & use ricer" method I highly recommend. Used less brown sugar, cinnamon & nutmeg, same butter & cream. Combined thoroughly the spices & brown sugar into the softened butter & cream before adding. Important to taste test and decide what it needs more of.
