"This is a favourite at the cafe where i work. Fresh and fruity! for a sweeter smoothy, add a couple of scoops of vanilla ice cream"

• 1 cup skim milk
• 1⁄3 cup blueberries
• 1⁄4 cup strawberry
• 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
• 1⁄4 cup raspberries

directions

1. Blend all ingredients in blender till smooth.
2. Serve in a tall glass.
