Chef PotPie is right on! It's still in the cool down stage, so it's in a bowl ready to be refrigerated. But licking the spatula prior to washing it? I can review this right now...this is indeed heaven on earth! Update: This stuff is fantastic. It might have been that I used a 70% dark chocolate, but mine got super hard in the fridge. I finally had to micro for a few seconds to serve it, and it separated a little bit. Next time, I'll use less of the chocolate to see if that allows it to congeal smoothly and remain pourable or spoonable. Still, it's out of this world GOOD.

What can I say...this is heaven on earth? Oh my goodness. How can anything so easy taste this good? Super easy to make, like a ganache, and let me tell ya, leave it to cool off, then put it on ice cream...let it sit for a couple minutes and YES it does turn into fudgy goodness! Not that it isn't great without the wait. I followed and added a pinch of salt. Winner! Thanks, Nif! SWT 2019

I love great food and I particularly like trying cuisines new to me! Although I don't prepare as much food as I used to, creating in my kitchen is still one of my favourite things to do. Enjoy!
