This tastes just like my French grandmother's recipe that I thought had been lost forever. This is truly an amazing recipe. I can't thank you enough for sharing your family recipe with all of us. My husband HATES vegetables and he can't stop eating the caulifower, and the beef comes out sooo tender. Truly a five star "keeper" recipe !!!!
