- 4 -6 lbs beef brisket
- 1 (8 ounce) jar seafood cocktail sauce, extra horseradish
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 1⁄2 cups beef stock
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1 lb baby carrots
- 1 lb small potato
directions
- Place brisket in roasting pan and cook at 450 for 20 minutes.
- pull out
- turn oven down to 300.
- stir up all ingredients and pour on top of meat and add water to almost cover.
- cover and return to oven
- cook for hour per pound
- pull out, allow to cool and slice.
