  1. Very nice stir-fry. Perfect balance of marinade & sauce to the meat & vegys. Great flavor, especially with the addition of the red pepper flakes. I increased the garlic abit and added raw shrimp during the last minute of cooking. We really enjoyed this recipe, thanks for sharing.

  2. This made a nice stir fry. I marinated the meat all day, and had made the rice the night before, so it made for a quick dinner. I think one of the things that i liked best about this is that the sauce that you do use is very flavorful, but the completed dish isn't swimming in it.

  3. This was really good. I ended up marinating the meat overnight, and grilled it up on the bbq. I cooked the veggies as mentioned, tossing in a little bit of the marinade (cooked) to the veggies for more flavor. It was delish. I used sugar snap pea pods and white button mushrooms (doubled the mushrooms, Yum) Thanks for sharing the recipe! Made for Magic Mushroom Tag game.

  4. The marinade for the meat is awesome!! I cut up the meat and veggies for this recipe and for Recipe #63485 on Saturday night. The meat for this was marinaded for 24 hours. I browned the meat in the pan first and then put it in a bowl to hold it while making the veggies in the same pan. That way I only had 1 pan to clean. Top sirloin is what I used and it comes out so tender. I served this with the leftover rice from the night before. So with all the prep done the day before, it was a snap to make this last night. Rita, thank you for posting another great recipe. Made for *Magic Mushrooms Tag 2008* game from the Asian Cooking Forum

  5. I made this into an OAMC recipe. I did the marinade and beef ahead of time and froze. I followed the marinade recipe as written other then I didn't add the hot pepper flakes. When I went to make this, I pulled, thawed and placed in crock pot. I threw in veggies and cooked for six hours on low. I only followed the marinade part of this recipe and not the veggie part. The marinade part was really good and I will make it again.
