BBQ Chicken Thighs in Crockpot

- 6 -8 chicken thighs
- house seasoning (see note**)
- 1 1⁄2 cups barbecue sauce, I like Sweet Baby Rays'
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon hot sauce
directions
- **I have a shaker of "house seasoning" that I use for this and other dishes. It's from Paula Deen. It consists of 1 cup salt, 1/4 cup fresh ground black pepper and 1/4 cup garlic powder.
- I sprinkle the house seasoning all over and under the skin of the thighs. Put them on a baking sheet and broil for 8 minutes a side in oven.
- Place chicken in slow cooker. Mix BBQ sauce, honey, mustard, worcestershire sauce and hot sauce in bowl and pour over chicken.
- Cook on low 4-5 hours.
