ingredients

• 1 (3 lb) roast beef or (3 lb) pork
• 1 1⁄2 cups ketchup
• 1 (12 ounce) can Coke
• 1 small onion (diced)
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder

directions

1. Preheat oven 350°F.
2. Place beef/pork roast in a baking dish (I use a bean pot).
3. Combine all ingredients pour over meat bake for 3 hours.
