Banana Pineapple Delights

"When I was working at Simcoe Parts Service in Alliston, a group of us decided to do a pot luck, now I was just starting at cooking but I blew up my oven so I asked a friend. She was bringing the delights and I watched her make them. They were eaten in a flash and everyone raved about them, but she wouldn't share the recipe... I went online to find what I could remember and this one came close but I'm posting the directions to how she made it"

I'm an amateur at cooking but love baking and love baking with kids. I love the fun they have with putting the recipe together and I love seeing their faces once it's finished. The messier just means the more joy, which means the most tasty.
