  • Mix first four ingredients together until dough ball forms. Refrigerate at least 15 minutes. I like to chill it for about an hour.
  • Meanwhile whip together the cream cheese, confectioners sugar, lemon juice and vanilla.
  • Slowly beat in whipping cream and banana pieces until smooth.
  • Refrigerate filling for 15 minutes to an hour.
  • Once crust is done chilling. Roll out on a floured surface to desired thickness.
  • Bake flat on a waxed paper lined cookie sheet for 11-12 minutes.
  • Allow to completely cool.
  • Cut into desired sized squares .
  • Now put your filling on one square and top with another. Wrap individually and freeze.
