Balsamic Pot Roast

"This recipe combines my two favorites: Roast and Balsamic Vinegar. The vinegar is not overpowering but gives this easy roast a great kick! We love this with homemade mashed potatoes."

  • Place roast in crock pot.
  • Add all ingredients.
  • Let marinade 4 hours or overnight. (Overnight is best).
  • Turn a few times to coat.
  • Cook roast on low until internal temp is 145-160, depending on preference of doneness, 6-8 hours.
  • Remove remaining juices from Crockpot; pour in a saucepan and boil for 2 minutes.
  • Serve over sliced meat.
