- 4 tilapia fillets
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1⁄8 teaspoon paprika
directions
- Place tilapia in an ungreased 13x9 dish. In a small bowl, combine the butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt; pour over the filets. Sprinkle with capers, oregano, and paprika.
- Bake, uncovered at 425 for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
