  • 23 cup blueberries
  • 2 plums, pitted and sliced
  • 1 peach, peeled, pitted and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 12 cup sweet white wine or 1/2 cup grape juice
  • 2 cups vanilla frozen yogurt

  • Preheat oven to 375°F
  • Combine all ingredients, except.
  • frozen yogurt, in a baking dish.
  • Bake 15-20 minutes or until.
  • fruit softens.
  • Serve warm with frozen yogurt.
