  • Preheat oven to 350*.
  • Mix dry ingredients.
  • Mix wet ingredients.
  • Pour wet into dry. Stir to combine.
  • Pour into a square 8 x 8 / 9 x 9 inch baking dish, coated in cooking spray or lined with parchment.
  • Bake for 40 minutes.
  • Cut into 12 squares.

  1. These were delicious but a bit wet. I might have under cooked them a bit so next time I'll either cut a little milk or make sure I give them the full 40 mins. Also next time I would add 1 tsp. Cinnamon and maybe 1/2 tsp. of nutmeg or allspice for a little kick. I think walnuts would be good in these as well.
