Bacon-Wrapped Stuffed Dates

- 30 pitted dates
- 30 slices prosciutto or 30 slices thin bacon
- 1 (8 ounce) package feta cheese
- 1⁄2 cup cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons mixed herbs (oregano, basil, savory, etc.)

Glaze
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Crumble feta cheese into a bowl and add cream cheese and mixed herbs.
- Spoon cheeses into dates with a small spoon.
- Cut prosciutto or bacon to fit once around each date and secure with a toothpick.
- Bake until outside is browned and crisped, around 10 minutes.

Glaze:
- While waiting for dates to bake, mix vinegar and sugar into a sauce pan and boil on high for a minute, stirring constantly.
- Take vinegar reduction off of heat and let set to thicken.
- When dates are done, take out of oven and drizzle reduction over the dates.
