- Boil pasta and allow to simmer on a low heat for 5-10 minutes.
- Bring soup to the heat (this can be any soup, microwave/pot/whatever you have to hand).
- fry bacon and cut into small pieces.
- cut mushrooms into quarters and fry gently with bacon.
- Drain pasta and pour into a deep baking dish.
- Pour soup into dish.
- Add mushrooms and bacon and mix well.
- Place in oven at 180c for 5 minutes.
- Add layer of breadcrumbs and place back in oven for another 5 minutes.
- Add cheese and leave until cheese starts to melt.
- Serve.
