DIRECTIONS

  • Blend avocado, sour cream, salt, pepper, chicken consommé and milk. Liquefy for a period of 5 minutes. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Clean the shrimp and marinate in salt, pepper and olive oil. Put in the oven for 5 minutes at a temperature of 415°F.
  • Ladle soup into bowl and top with cooked shrimp and microgreens before serving.
