• 1⁄4 cup lemon-flavored vodka
• 3 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon simple syrup
• 1 jicama, wedge (to garnish) (optional)
• avocado, pearls (to garnish)

directions

1. To make avocado pearls, use a small melon scoop.
2. In a cocktail shaker, combine all liquid and shake vigorously. Strain into martini glass.
3. Garnish with avocado pearls and jicama wedge.
