These are very delicious! The asparagus is delicately flavored from the lemon, and the vinegar is not too heavy. They are simple to make and quick, too. I cooked mine for just 4 minutes, since I like my asparagus a little crisp. I served these with baked salmon and dijon vinaigrette potatoes. Thanks for the recipe!

I love asparagus and enjoyed the simple presentation that dressed it up, but didn't hide the clean, woodsy flavor. The addition of the rice vinegar made this recipe interesting and different from my usual butter/lemon seasonings. I sprinkled some salt on top since I always use unsalted butter. We liked it! Good recipe, HeyJude.
