  • peel, devein, and open up the shrimp.
  • put soy sauce, 1/4 cup sesame oil, 3tbsp rice wine vinegar, and peanut butter in a bowl. mix well.
  • place shrimp in the bowl and let marinade for at least 30 minutes.
  • cut up the green cabbage, nappy cabbage, purple cabbage, onion, and carrots.
  • in a mixing bowl place mayonnaise, sugar, rice wine vinegar, and sesame oil, mix well.
  • combine cut vegetables and mayonnaise mixture, making sure the mixture is coating all the vegetables.
  • grill the shrimp.
  • place coleslaw on a plate and 1 shrimp on top.
