  • cooking spray
  • 34 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 14 teaspoon ground ginger
  • salt & pepper
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (3 ounce) package chicken-flavored ramen noodles
  • 0.5 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, & water chestnuts)
  • 14 cup stir-fry sauce

  • Note: Reserve seasoning packet from the ramen noodles.
  • Spray a skillet with cooking spray & turn on medium-high heat. Sprinkle the chicken strips with ground ginger, salt & pepper then cook until no longer pink, around 8 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, bring the water to boil in a large pot. Add the vegetables & noodles then cook for 3 minutes.
  • Drain & place back on the heat. Stir in the chicken, stir-fry sauce, & seasoning packet, heat until warm.

  1. This was perfect for us. I needed to use up ramen noodles and frozen veggies. I used Recipe #37310 for the stir fry sauce and didn't use the ramen flavor packet (don't do well with msg). Very tasty. Will make again. Made for Unrated Asian Recipe Tag Game 2009.
