Asian Chicken Cracker Topper

"This is a nice topper for crackers and tastes like an Asian bite of flavor. Easy to make and is a fun addition to your appetizer rotation. Ideal for guests and can use chicken you may have left over. No cook but easy to put together. Originally a recipe from Kraft. I find the Marie's brand dressing really makes this appetizer pop but you can make homemade dressing as well. Enjoy! ChefDLH"

ingredients

• 1 skinless chicken breast half, cooked, thinly sliced (6 oz.)
• 30 Ritz crackers
• 1 cucumber, cut into 30 thin slices, cut in half
• 2 tablespoons asian dressing sesame with ginger
• 1 green onion, sliced
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped honey roasted dry roasted peanuts

directions

1. CUT chicken into 30 pieces.
2. Top crackers with cucumber and chicken.
3. Drizzle with dressing.
4. Top with remaining ingredients.
