Asian Beef and Broccoli

- 1 1⁄2 chuck steaks, boneless, thinly sliced (about 1 1/2 inches thick)
- 1 (284 ml) can beef consomme
- 1⁄2 cup oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 (450 g) bag fresh broccoli florets
- hot cooked rice
- sesame seeds
directions
- Place steaks in slow cooker. Pour consommé and oyster sauce over beef. Cover, cool on low for 6-7 hours.
- Combine cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of the cooking liquid in a cup. Add to slow cooker. Stir well to combine. Cover; cook for 25 minutes longer or until thickened.
- Poke holes in broccole bag with fork. Microwave on high for 3 minutes. Empty bag into slow coker.
- Gently toss beef and broccoli together.
- Serve over cooked rice. Garnish with sesame seeds.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
