Apple White Wine Glögi (Mulled Wine)

• Ingredients: 7
• Serves: 8-10

ingredients

• 500 ml apple juice
• 100 ml honey (to taste)
• 2 cinnamon sticks
• 1 vanilla bean, split
• 1 pinch chili powder
• orange zest, julienned
• 1 liter white wine

directions

1. Combine apple juice with honey and spices in a saucepan.
2. Bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Add wine and reheat gently, do not boil!
4. Pour into glasses and garnish with sultanas and blanched almonds.
