Apple Slaw Sandwich Filler

ingredients

• 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 4 dashes fresh lemon juice
• handful grated cheddar cheese
• 1 dessert apple, grated
• 2 spring onions, finely chopped

directions

1. Mix all ingredients together.

Made for ds and I, It made for a refreshing lunch.. I used a McIntosh apple, and cheddar, thought though the mayo was just a tad to much.. still enjoyed. Made for I recommend.

I used a sweet jonathon apple with a sharp vintage cheddar and only used 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise which I found to be plenty to moisten the slaw. DM had half in a sandwich and I had the other half with Citrus Glazed Salmon (recipe #385176) and we both thoroughly enjoyed, thank you bellemac, made for PARTY game.
