Anyday Holiday Coffee

"I made this this morning and enjoyed it so much I just had to share. It's very simple and diabetic friendly. I have a single cup brewer that I love but you may make a big pot full and serve as many as you like. Time given is for a single cup coffee maker."

  1. Another winner for the Coffee Queen. I adored this simple treat. It was quick and easy to make and tasted incredible. I must confess I had two servings that morning. Made as directed but did use whip cream and sugar instead of the evaporated milk and splenda(personal preference). Thank you so much my friend for sharing a recipe that I will make often.

  2. What a nice and easy way to give yourself a quick and easy treat, with the best part being no holiday pounds added. This was with the full 10 ounces of coffee and two drops of peppermint extract which was plenty. Thanks so much for the post.

  3. Gimme5Tag. I cannot believe I forgot to rate this. EXCELLENT! I used italian coffee, 2 drops peppermint, 1/2 splenda and 1/2 and 1/2. I added in a 1/4 tsp of cinnamon and a cinnamon stick. Very good. Served this for NY Eve coffee and everyone raved. Thank you!

  4. I used 4 drops of peppermint. This is the first time I've experienced coffee as refreshing, lol. Since I drink my coffee black I didn't add sweetener or milk. As stated by a previous reviewer, it tastes like Christmas. Made for Photo Tag.

  5. Mmm - this is heavenly. I only used 1 drop of peppermint after reading the reviews, and then added 1 truvia packet and some fat free liquid vanilla creamer instead of milk. It mellowed out the mint a bit and made for a nice creamy drink that still was different and elegant. This would be great to serve for company! Thank you so much for sharing it.
