Any Time Orange Smoothie

ingredients
- 2 oranges, juice of or 2 cups orange juice
- 2 cups low-fat plain yogurt
- 10 ice cubes
- 1 ounce whipped cream (optional)
directions
- In the blender put the 10 ice cubes, low fat yougert and the 2 sqeezed oranges or the 2 cups of orange juice, then blend on high for 5 minutes.

I had a bunch of oranges on hand and decided to use two whole oranges in place of just the juice of. Also, added one packet of Splenda after first taste-testing and deciding it needed a bit of sweet. Probably if you'd use vanilla yogurt the sweetner wouldn't be needed. Thanks for a great afternoon treat that's a different twist on the normal berry-type smoothies/shakes. Made for Fall's PAC 08'~

I love to bake. I love to bake cakes, pies, even jello. some times I have help from my family, some times I bake by my self but, I think that baking it self is just so fun and calming.
