ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 1⁄2 cups mustard flour
- 1 cup cider vinegar
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons turmeric
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 2 1⁄2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
directions
- 1. Combine all ingredients in sauce pan. It'll pretty much be water thin. Don't worry.
- 2. Put on a low heat/simmer. Open kitchen windows and keep your face away from the pan. The fumes will burn your eyes and nose.
- 3. Simmer for one to two hours until thick.
- 4. Remove from the heat. Allow to cool down to room temperature. Jar, refrigerate and leave to mature for at lest two months.
