- 4 thick pork chops
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 3⁄4 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons olive oil
directions
- Rinse pork chops with cold water and pat dry.
- Preheat air fryer 400F for 4 minutes.
- Using a larger cereal bowl, mix dry ingredients.
- Brush olive oil on pork chops.
- Press pork chops one at a time into the dry ingredients coating all sides, repeat coating if you have left over dry ingredients.
- Air Fry at 400F for 12 minutes, 6 minutes on one side, flip, and continue cooking for remaining 6 minutes.
- Allow to rest for 4 minutes before serving.
