  • Rinse pork chops with cold water and pat dry.
  • Preheat air fryer 400F for 4 minutes.
  • Using a larger cereal bowl, mix dry ingredients.
  • Brush olive oil on pork chops.
  • Press pork chops one at a time into the dry ingredients coating all sides, repeat coating if you have left over dry ingredients.
  • Air Fry at 400F for 12 minutes, 6 minutes on one side, flip, and continue cooking for remaining 6 minutes.
  • Allow to rest for 4 minutes before serving.
