ingredients

• 1 3⁄4 ounces Amarula cream liqueur
• 3⁄4 ounce cointreau orange liqueur
• brown sugar
• ice

directions

1. Cover moistened rim of a cocktail glass with brown sugar.
2. Fill glass with crushed ice.
3. Pour cointreau over ice, followed by amarula cream.

This was the first time I had tried Amarula, and I loved it! When made into this drink, the orange flavour of the Cointreau added something extra special! It reminded me of Valhalla Jaffa Jamboree ice-cream! I loved it! Made for ZWT7-Africa.

I did something a little different. i mixed the two liquers first, and then added the ice. Finally, I added the brown sugar to the rim of the glass. what I got was something good, because the liquer came nearly to the top, and it flavoured the brown sugar, so everything ended up nicely mixed and very yummy!
