- 1 3⁄4 ounces Amarula cream liqueur
- 3⁄4 ounce cointreau orange liqueur
- brown sugar
- ice
directions
- Cover moistened rim of a cocktail glass with brown sugar.
- Fill glass with crushed ice.
- Pour cointreau over ice, followed by amarula cream.

I did something a little different. i mixed the two liquers first, and then added the ice. Finally, I added the brown sugar to the rim of the glass. what I got was something good, because the liquer came nearly to the top, and it flavoured the brown sugar, so everything ended up nicely mixed and very yummy!
