"This is adobo as hazel, a native of quezon province, serves it. She always adds two tablespoons of sugar because she likes it sweet; too bad, it don't."

ingredients

• 1⁄2 kg pork or 1/2 kg chicken
• crushed garlic
• 2 pieces onions
• 4 tablespoons soy sauce
• vinegar
• 2 tablespoons cooking oil

directions

1. Cook pork until golden brown.
2. Add cooking oil with crushed garlic and onion.
3. Bring to boil.
4. Add soy sauce and vinegar.
