  1. Very delicious!! Everyone in my family ate it up! The only problem they found with it was it smelled so good, everyone wanted to eat an hour before it was actually ready! lol

  2. Be careful not to stir the mixture before it boils. This would help cook up the vinegar.

  3. Delicious dinner! I thought the quantity of vinegar would be off putting, but I'm so glad to report that it didn't. I did as you requested and served over white rice. I also made Recipe #289531 to accompany the dish. Thnx for sharing your recipe, Vicki. Made for ZWT6 as a member of the Voracious Vagabonds.

  4. This was very good! I chose boneless country style pork ribs; I cut the cloves of garlic in half; I used rice vinegar, and I used peanut oil for sauteeing the pork. The next time I make this, I think at the end, I'll add some thickener to the sauce - I guess I want to Americanize it! 8 - ) Other than remembering to start making it about 1 1/2 hours before you want to eat, very easy to make! Made for the Zaar World Tour 4. Thanks for posting, Vicki!
