A Different "french Toast"

"The bread that I used was called "popeye bread" from great harvest. It is a dense spinach like bread."

• Serves: 1

ingredients

• 1 egg
• 1⁄8 - 1⁄4 fluid ounce milk (splash)
• 1 dash pepper
• 2 pieces of popeye bread
• feta cheese (optional)

directions

1. Mix eggs and milk well. Add splash of pepper and mix again.
2. Dip bread into egg mixture.
3. Heat frying pan on med heat-spraying with non stick spray. Cook bread until toasty!
4. I sprinkle with feta cheese.
