This has been a great favorite in our family and extended family for years. Not only is it good but every time you take this to any social gathering you always bring home an empty bowl. Although after the peas we do add Cheese, then bacon bits, then Miracle whip and then the sugar so the order is a little different.

This salad is delicious. I did do a few things differently. I mixed the sugar & mayo together in a bowl before adding it to the bowl. I also added a layer of hard boiled eggs. And I added romaine to the iceberg.
My daughter loves salads, her fav is Greek salad. But she focused on her plate without adding a word to the conversation until she was done, looked at me and said, "Good salad, Mom!"
That gives it 5 stars from me!
